Bonnie’s personal mission is to transform the business environment from a competitive arena to one of Cooperative Capitalism.  She encourages Business Owners to share resources and create strategic alliances, to operate in Integrity and Transparency...  two overused, yet under-implemented philosophies.  Following the concepts of Napoleon Hill in “Think and Grow Rich”, she leads by example, beginning each interaction from service, exploring the needs of the individual and finding a way to introduce him or her to the resources required to take their business to the next level.

When introduced to CEO Space in 2009, Bonnie was astounded to learn of an organization functioning in perfect alignment with these values.  She immediately became a member and experienced for herself just how quickly business could grow in an environment rich with Cooperation and Collaboration.  By accepting the leadership role as President of CEO Space Houston, she is able to work directly with businesses from Houston and across the globe, sharing her training, experience and extensive network of contacts to their benefit.

Prior to becoming President of CEO Space Houston, Bonnie Karpay held a number of positions across a diverse range of careers, including:  Office Manager, Marketing, Outside Sales, Financial Advisor, Trust Officer, CPA (auditor), Software Consultant, and Personal Life Coach.  At first glance, it would appear that she just couldn’t hold a job.  In hindsight, she recognized that the ongoing job dissatisfaction was her Inner Entrepreneur screaming for attention.  This was her necessary path in order to accumulate the skill sets needed to properly serve her clients, which she does with pleasure on a daily basis.

Bonnie holds a B.S. in Psychology from Tulane University and also a B.S. in Accounting from University of South Florida.  She raised her son in Houston, TX where she currently resides.
